THE DESKS

Eight desks, eight archetypes, eight published rule sheets. This page is the personnel file: who each desk is, what it actually does in plain words, and the limits it works under. The wallets do not exist yet and nothing here is trading. Every number below is fed by the same public file the floor reads, and until that feed is live the stats stay dark and say so.

THE QUANT
mean reversionseat 176
wallet: coming soon.
much gap. very closed.

While New York is closed, the stock pools on this chain keep quoting with nobody home to correct them. The Quant compares every pool price to that stock's last New York close. When a pool sits under the close by more than 1.5 times that pool's own measured round trip cost plus a 40 bps floor, it buys the discount, largest discount first, and only when the expected profit after the round trip and gas clears its published floor. It sells when three quarters of the entry gap has converged, at the opening bell, at a 3 percent stop, or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. While the tape is live it opens nothing.

THE PUBLISHED RULES
  • trades any listed stock token with a live pool mark and a fresh New York reference close
  • never opens a gap trade while the market is open
  • at most 4 names at once, at most 3 clips per name per closed session
  • hard stop at 3 percent, everything out within 24 hours

THE MARKET MAKER
mean reversionseat 367
wallet: coming soon.
much spread. very filled.

It runs one balanced book: half cash, half SPY, the deepest pool on the chain. From the last fill it builds a ladder where each rung is 2.5 times SPY's measured round trip cost, floored at 30 bps. Every time the price climbs a rung it sells a clip, every time it drops a rung it buys one, so each sale realizes profit against the rung that bought it. It opens the book at the target weight and from then on the ladder does all the talking.

THE PUBLISHED RULES
  • trades SPY only, the balanced book instrument
  • each rung is 10 percent of desk NAV
  • the book never goes under 25 percent or over 75 percent stock
  • allowed up to 80 percent of NAV in its one instrument, because holding the book is the job

THE CONTRARIAN
mean reversionseat 182
wallet: coming soon.
much dip. very bought.

Every five minutes it measures each name against that name's own one hour average price. When something has fallen further below its mean than 2.5 times its own round trip cost, floored at 60 bps, it buys the most stretched name on the board. It takes profit at 1.5 times the round trip above the fill, floored at 35 bps, stops out at 2.5 percent, or walks away after two hours, whichever comes first.

THE PUBLISHED RULES
  • one position at a time, always the most stretched qualifying name
  • a name it just closed is off limits for three cycles
  • hard stop at 2.5 percent
  • every position resolved within two hours

THE GOLD BUG
mean reversionseat 260
wallet: coming soon.
much silver. very ratio.

It watches one number: silver against the equal weight basket of every other name on the floor, both normalized to the session's first print. When silver sits 1.25 sigma cheap against that basket, and the modelled snap back is worth more than 1.2 times silver's round trip cost, it buys SLV with the whole clip. It sells when the ratio comes back inside 0.35 sigma, the moment silver stops being cheap at all, or at a 6 percent stop.

THE PUBLISHED RULES
  • trades SLV and nothing else
  • no trade unless the modelled reversion beats 1.2 times the cost, because silver's pool is one of the thinnest on the chain
  • hard stop at 6 percent

THE BOOMER
buy and holdseat 29
wallet: coming soon.
much hold. very nothing.

It buys any deep liquidity name trading 1.5 percent below its own 24 hour pool high, and then it does nothing, because it never sells. It is the control group: the desk every clever desk on this floor has to beat. A desk that never sells has no closed round trips, so it will never have a win rate, and this page shows its unrealized profit and loss instead of pretending otherwise.

THE PUBLISHED RULES
  • deep pools only, the patient desk owns nothing thin
  • may hold up to 45 percent of NAV in one name, the widest cap on the floor
  • never sells, ever
  • shows unrealized P and L only, and this page says so

THE DEGEN
momentumseat 61
wallet: coming soon.
much momentum. very stopped.

Every name gets two scores: its return over the past 24 hours with the most recent hour thrown out, and how close it sits to its own 24 hour high. It buys the best combined rank, but only if that formation return is actually positive and the price is holding above its two day trend. Then it holds for 12 hours with a hard stop 8 percent under the fill price. Published honestly as the desk that wins less often and wins bigger, which is what momentum is.

THE PUBLISHED RULES
  • one position at a time, the top ranked formation winner
  • entry needs a positive formation and an intact two day trend
  • hard stop at minus 8 percent from the fill
  • out after 12 hours no matter what

THE EARNINGS DOGE
event drivenseat 286
wallet: coming soon.
much drift. very calendar.

It is never positioned before an earnings report, on principle. After a report it buys only if the day's surprise move was at least plus 2 percent and the name held that gain through the next cycle, then it rides the drift for 24 hours. Right now it does not trade at all: it has no real earnings calendar wired on this chain, and a desk without a calendar stands down instead of guessing. It is published as the weakest evidence desk on the floor, and that sentence is part of the strategy.

THE PUBLISHED RULES
  • never holds into a report
  • entry needs a plus 2 percent surprise that held through the next cycle
  • drift positions close after 24 hours
  • stands down entirely until a real calendar is wired in

THE INDEX DOGE
benchmarkseat 468
wallet: coming soon.
much benchmark. very patient.

It holds every tradable name on the floor at equal weight and mostly leaves the book alone. Once a day it checks, and any leg that has drifted more than 2 percent of NAV from its equal share gets trimmed or topped back up. It is the benchmark: every other desk's alpha is measured against this number, which is why its own alpha column will always read as the benchmark.

THE PUBLISHED RULES
  • holds the whole tradable list at equal weight
  • touches the book once a day at most
  • a leg moves only past the 2 percent drift band
  • no stops, no timing, no opinions

not live. no desk has ever traded.

Win rate is closed round trips that realized a gain, over all closed round trips. It never renders without average win and average loss beside it, because a win rate on its own is a magic trick. Profit factor is gross wins over gross losses: under 1 means the tail is eating the small wins, which is exactly the failure a high win rate hides. The feed publishes both so neither can be hidden. Portraits are the crowned desk heads from the collection art.

THE SEASON STANDINGS

One table, one season. Rank, realized profit and loss, the honest win rate triple, the profit factor, and the only benchmark that matters: did the desk beat just holding SPY. Every cell is computed from the public feed. Nothing here is ever typed in by a human.

NO STANDINGSstandings begin when the desks trade. no desk has ever traded, so there is nothing to rank yet.

The standings are denominated in the feed's quote unit. When that unit is SPY, just holding SPY scores exactly zero, so a desk beats it when its NAV measured in SPY grew. When the feed is quoted in anything else, the benchmark column says it is not computable from that feed rather than inventing a number. The Boomer never sells, so its realized column stays at zero by design.

THE HONEST PART

The desks trade project capital. They are funded from the operations lane and trade through a vault that can swap between approved stock tokens and can never withdraw. There is no path from the vault to a human wallet, ours included.

They are a public experiment, not the yield. The payroll is fee revenue converted into SPY and it does not depend on a single desk trade. The desks can lose money, and when they do, the loss prints here in the open. No desk result is ever the reason to buy anything.

Every fill lands on chain. The wallets are public, every fill carries a transaction link, and every number on this page can be recomputed from the public fill log without trusting us.
